KRB Therapy
I specialise in supporting clients who feel stuck or uncertain about how to move forward. I provide a safe, compassionate and confidential space where we can explore what feels challenging, at a pace that feels right for you.
Rooted in Adlerian principles, my approach focuses on belonging, purpose, early experiences, relational patterns and the courage to live in a more useful and fulfilling way.
Together, we work to understand the beliefs and strategies that once served you but may no longer be helpful, opening space for new choices and greater self-understanding.
Therapy
My style is warm, encouraging and collaborative. I aim to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel seen, heard and respected.
How We Can Work Together
As a Clinical Supervisor, I support qualified therapists and trainee counsellors in developing their practice with confidence, depth and ethical integrity. My supervision training specialised in anti-oppressive practice, and this lens is central to how I work.
I encourage supervisees to reflect not only on client work, but also on power, difference, diversity, identity and systemic influences within the therapeutic relationship. My background in safeguarding and leadership enables me to hold both the relational and organisational aspects of practice thoughtfully.
Supervision with me is collaborative, reflective and grounded in encouragement — offering both support and gentle challenge to promote growth and resilience.
Whether you are seeking counselling or supervision, I aim to provide a space that feels safe, respectful and empowering — a place where growth is nurtured with care and professional integrity.
