Free Initial Session

Free Initial 20 minute meet and greet where you will have the opportunity to ask me any questions that you may have and to discuss what brings you to Counselling.

If you decide that you feel comfortable and would like to work with me, we will book a convenient date and time for your next appointment.

Appointment Information

During your first session, we will discuss the counselling contract and I will explain to you how I work.

All sessions last 50 minutes and will end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late.

Sessions are booked weekly. This can be discussed in the first session where you can decide what will suit your lifestyle and finances.

I will do my best to accommodate your needs wherever possible.

Fees for Counselling and Supervision

50 minute Counselling session: £50

50 minute Supervision session: £60

Student Counselling and Supervision: Please contact me to discuss your needs

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your session, 48 hours notice is required.

Any later than this and we would have to charge the full agreed session fee.
